What is Gel Polish?

Many people have heard of Shellac and many think that is gel polish. 
Also they have heard of Gelish and again think that is gel polish.
Well gel polish is gel polish, Shellac and Gelish are brands of gel polish like numerous others on the market.
You will pay much more for branded gel polishes, as the reason they are well known is due to the amount of marketing which we pay for.
All gel polishes if applied correctly are good.  Gel polishes look like a nail varnish at first glance, in a nail varnish bottle,
but they are cured (dried) under a UV or LED lamp in a matter of seconds.
They create a permanent chip proof glossy colour for your client, which these days is what busy clients want.
Doing a gel polish course with us will enable you to start your own gel polish business.

My Client is asking for Shellac and Gelish, why is that?

Course they will!  Because they have also heard of it due to all the advertising and money spent on brainwashing er...marketing.   BUT, they WILL NOT want to pay you the higher price for having Shellac and Gelish applied, so YOU are not making as much money, as you are paying much more for your product.   But the branded Companies are making lots of money.  If they cared about you they would charge you less surely?

Should i do the manicure course too?

That is up to you, but many clients expect at least a mini manicure such as cuticle work and file nails to shape before applying gel polish.
So, it is well worth doing, especially at our superb prices.  If you do the manicure course element, you can earn more money offering extra services.

Pedicure.
Many people say they do not like doing feet, but clients want gel polish on their toes, so it is up to you, but you could be losing out on potential income.
We feel it is worth adding our pedicure course to your services.

You will use your kit on the training day.  You do not have to buy anything else to get you started on your venture.  

You can charge £20 just for applying gel polish and this takes 30 mins, so you can make £40 per hour.
